I've lost my serial number. Can you resend it?
Yes. You can use Kagi Order Tracking to look up your serial number immediately with your email address and credit card number. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@evological.com and we'll be happy to resend it.
Can I try out your software before paying for it?
Absolutely! You can try out any of our products for 15 days, but after that, you should purchase the software if you continue using it. We rely on your support to continue to provide high quality, easy-to-use software for the Mac.
How do I pay for my Evological software?
Evological uses the Kagi online store. This allows you to pay for our products online, quickly, securely, with most major credit cards, regardless of where in the world you live.

What is the difference between the single user, site and worldwide site licenses?
A single user license allows you to run one copy of the software, and in most cases this is the license you need. Site licenses allow unlimited copies at one geographic location (your company or university for example). Worldwide site licenses allow unlimited copies at different geographic locations (your company headquarters in different cities for example).
Do you have educational pricing?
Educational discounts are available on request. Before ordering, please contact us at support@evological.com to request an educational discount.
Once I've purchased the software, what do I get?
Once you've paid, we'll send you a serial number and instructions on how to enter it. We believe that you should have the opportunity to try the entire product before paying for it, so our products are fully functional during the free trial. Of course, registered users also get free email-based technical support.
My serial number is "not valid". What's wrong?
Make sure you're entering the serial number exactly as shown in your email receipt. Also, if you're copying/pasting from the email, make sure you don't include any extraneous characters or whitespace at either end of the serial number.

If your EvoCam serial number contains your name, it can only be used with EvoCam 3.5.1 or earlier. EvoCam 3.6 is a $10 upgrade for registered users of EvoCam 3.1 or earlier.

Does Evological provide telephone technical support?
Sorry, Evological does not provide telephone technical support. We do, however, provide excellent email-based technical support, so if you have a problem, please contact us at support@evological.com and we'll do our best to help you.
